If you have already left Sochi

This is the question travellers ask most. The warranty covers the work we did, and it does not expire because you went home. Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, describe what happened and attach a photo or a short video — we will tell you honestly whether it looks like our repair or a new, unrelated fault.

What we cannot do from a distance is repair the device. If the fault is ours and you are far away, we will discuss what is reasonable — but be aware that a workshop in Sochi cannot fix a phone that is in another country.

The warranty applies to the work performed, in line with the terms agreed when the device was accepted. Physical damage after pickup, liquid ingress and repairs performed elsewhere are handled separately — please ask the technician about your specific case when you hand the device in.
