If the device turns on, back it up to iCloud or a laptop. We are careful with data, but a repair is never a guarantee that a failing device keeps it.

What it costs
Type the model and what happened — for example «13 pro screen», «iphone 11 battery» or «macbook cleaning». Every price includes the labour: we do not quote a part and add the work afterwards.

Before you come
Know your Apple ID
After many repairs the device must be unlocked and signed in. Without the Apple ID password we cannot verify that the repair worked — and neither can you.
Water: do not charge it
The most common way a rescuable phone becomes unrescuable is being plugged in while still wet. No rice, no hairdryer, no charging — just bring it.
Message ahead if the model is rare
For older or unusual models we may need to order the part. A message the day before can save you a second trip across town.
Common questions
Do you speak English?
Our technicians speak Russian. Enquiries in English we handle by text — WhatsApp, Telegram, email — and reply in English. In the workshop we use written translation, which works perfectly well for describing a fault and agreeing a price.
Are you an official Apple service?
No. We are an independent workshop and we are not affiliated with Apple Inc. That is why we can repair devices that are out of warranty, discontinued, or would be refused by an authorised centre.
How do I pay?
In Russian roubles, by cash or by card. Note that foreign-issued Visa and Mastercard do not work in Russia — please have cash if your cards are not Russian.
Can you keep it while I am at the beach?
Yes. Leave the device with us, we message you the moment it is ready. Most repairs finish the same day.
