Shipping terms

  • Payment upfront. An order ships once it is paid in full — that is how we hold that exact unit for you. We do not ship cash on delivery.
  • Shipping is charged at the carrier's rate and paid separately from the goods. We calculate the exact amount when you place the order, before payment.
  • We ship the same day if the order is confirmed before 16:00 Moscow time (Mon–Sat). Later orders go out the next working day.
  • Tracking number goes to your chat as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • Packing and insurance. Bubble wrap and a rigid box; declared value covers the full price of the order.
  • Check it on receipt. Open the parcel in front of the courier or at the pickup point. If the box is crushed or the device is damaged, do not accept it — file a report and message us straight away: we deal with the carrier, not you.
  • The warranty applies in any city. If something is wrong with the device, we arrange shipping to the service and back — warranty terms.
