According to fresh reports, Apple could show a redesigned MacBook Pro as early as next month. Inside — an OLED screen, the first touch display in Mac history, a thinner chassis and Dynamic Island. Sounds like a step into the future, right?

Earlier there were rumours that the updated model would be called MacBook Ultra, and it was unclear what would happen to the MacBook Pro brand. Now the picture is clearer: it looks like Ultra will become a separate, more premium line. Which means the price tag will probably go into the stratosphere above the usual.

What does this mean? If you need the biggest screen and touch — maybe it’s worth thinking about it. And if your current gear works fine, you can just listen to the news with popcorn. 😉
